I was told the theme of this cake is "Countryside, simplistic, with cute little sheep and the main colors being green white and blue." Adorably retarded looking.  This was a request for a simple floral-themed with super bright happy colors!  This was a pretty special cake. Her birthday fell on 11.11.11, which everyone kept going on about about how it was a special date for making wishes, etc..  She said she wanted the cake to look "mystical, enchanting, with stars" - I suppose the stars signify wishing stars? :)  What better way to share love and joy this festive season, than to present them with a box of absolutely beautiful and yummy cupcakes? Alice in Wonderland themed  A three tiered Sakura-flower design Sam came up with for his little sister's wedding!   If you're looking for a really simple and sweet present-like design for a girl, this is pretty much it. Or if you want something a little more loud, there is also...  This. ;)  Riiiilakkuma chocolate cake!!! I know he isn't very "accurate" in terms of facial features' size and shape, but I thought he looks much cuter and dopier this way.  Rilakkuma version 2, he's sitting on top of a 2 tiered cake! This one's much more accurate, but he looks kinda... solemn. Don't cha think?  This is like the previous Hello Kitty, but a My Melody version! We can vary the design and do pretty much any cartoon. -nods-  For a mickey mouse lover! She left the design up to us and this is what we came up with. Her set came with matching cupcakes that I forgot to take a picture of lol but it sorta looks like this. Red velvet cake coated with chocolate buttercream, done for a girl who's mummy loves purple pansies! This is the last red velvet cake we will be doing. I've axed some flavours from our recipe list that weren't as good as the others, and added in a brand new one! The current new flavour is LYCHEE. If you love lychee, you'll love our lychee cake because it is really fragrant! :) The other flavour I axed was coconut. After more than half a year, NOBODY has ordered coconut, not even once. How sad lol. I was under the impression people like coconut-flavored stuff especially for the older folks? Yes, as you might've noticed recently I've been obsessed with sprinkling these tiny gold pearls on as many cupcakes as I can. They just seem to add an instant dramatic flair to everything they touch! :D  So proud of these!!!!!! 100% original idea that popped into my heead all of a sudden and it turned out better than I thought. Pretty ingenious if I do say so myself :)   Huat ah!!!! 13 yao ~ For the MJ lover in you! (MJ tiles' details were hand drawn with edible markers)  La la la la ~ La la la la ~~~ ELMO'S WORLD!!! Loved watching this cartoon as a kid, adorable! ^.^ And very fun to create. Me and my boyfriend had immense fun singing along to Elmo's theme song the whole time we were making it. Chocolate cake interior, if you were wondering.  Two words for this set: Chocolate Romance ♥ ♥ ♥     So this is probably one of the craziest cake ideas ever - A cupcake CAKE! This thing was massive. More than 20x the size of your normal cupcake, it actually weighs more than twice of a newborn baby :P  The inside of this cake was layered pastel rainbow. All in all it was a rather difficult cake to carve and to mould. She asked for colorful pastel shades and for the cake to have a whimsical feel to it. I hope I delivered, I personally think this cake is one of a kind and very happy looking! Have a blessed 21st! This set came along with 15 pastel-colored cupcakes to match.  Our new oreo buttercream recipe is unlike ANY other. My first bite into it makes me wanna shed happy tears like this > T_____T!  I know what your burning question is - do they taste as good as they look? In all honesty.. Absolutely YES!!! Topped off with juicy and fresh strawberries cut into a heart shape :)  Choo choo! Oreo cheesecake cupcakes (DIVINE.) with train fondant deco, grass and railway tracks are made out of buttercream.  Does this bring back nostalgic childhood memories for you?  Now that's a load I don't mind carrying. :)  Lavender Swirls Round 2, replicated for someone who liked the design and asked for an exact copy!  For a girl who adored wedding-like elegant fondant cakes but was daunted by their prices - we can do the same, but at much better rates ;) Rich red velvet interior.  Roses and leaves handmade with fondant!  Vroom vroom! Buckle up ladies and gentlemen!  Who says cakes can't double up as "real presents"?! Just look at all that creamy, delicious chocolate frosting and tell me who wouldn't like that for their birthday. (if so, what's wrong with you?!) Cake has a rainbow interior to boot! Happy 19th Birthday, Ben! 15 brightly colored sailor-themed cupcakes made for an aspiring sailor.   Super sweet girly cupcakes ♥ Pink is definitely the best color in the world!!  Birthday cake specially made for my dearest mother! No age stated on the cake because you'll be, forever young.. :P Cake completely covered with freshly whipped cream! Yum!!!  Customized according to a friend's party logo! I was really pleased at how similiar it turned out. Underneath the fondant cover and inside of the butter cake, it has a gradient effect, yellow-orange-and-pink just like the logo!  Festive Christmas themed shortbread cookies!!!! Most of these designs were hand carved with a knife ;)  Topped with rich royal icing!    First attempt at making a Gingerbread house - huge success!!!!!  Gingerbread man :)  There's really nothing quite like biting into a rainbow cookie to bring one immense joy. I think the only thing that beats a rainbow cookie is a rainbow cake.  Mmmmmmhm.
